Shipping Policy
Delivery zones and charges
Standard delivery within Dhaka city costs ৳ 60 and takes 1–3 business days. Delivery to all other districts (outside Dhaka) costs ৳ 120 and takes 3–5 business days. Free delivery applies to all orders over ৳ 1,000 regardless of destination. Express delivery (same-day within Dhaka) is available for ৳ 150 on orders placed before 12 PM.
Order processing time
Orders placed before 3 PM on business days (Saturday–Thursday) are processed the same day. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Courier partners
We use Pathao, Paperfly, and RedX for deliveries across Bangladesh. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS. You can track your order in real time on our Order Tracking page or on the courier's website.
Delivery attempts
Our couriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails on both attempts (e.g. you are unavailable or address is incorrect), your order will be held at the courier hub for 3 days. After that it will be returned to us and you will need to contact support to reschedule.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening and contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp (+880 1700-000000) or email (support@etrail.com.bd). We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Restricted items
Certain items (e.g. pressurised canisters, lithium batteries above a certain size) may have shipping restrictions depending on your location. These restrictions are noted on the relevant product pages.
